1. Chatpate
Chatpati is one of the famous street foods in Nepal and the taste made it even more magical. From kids to adult everyone enjoy the taste of chatpate and it is made with the mixture of bubble rice, instant noodles, potato, peas, squeeze of lime and lemon and some herbs i.e. masala. 2. Sekuwa
Sekuwa is one of the traditional Nepali grilled meat fish which is known for its smoky flavor. Sekuwa is a meat which is marinated by adding garlic, ginger paste, yogurt, mustard oil and salt. It is kept into the refrigerator soon after the marinating and kept for 5 hours so that it absorb all the herbs of the meat and make it tastier. Kathmandu, pokhara ,dharan,chitwan are the famous city where you can get best sekuwa in the town with mouthwatering taste. 3. Momo (Dumplings)
Momos (or dumplings in English) are probably one of the most famous foods of Nepal that is consumed as snacks in the country. The minced meat (buff, chicken, or pork), vegetables, or other vegetable for vegans could be filled in small, nicely presented bites.
Momos are usually steamed, but fried momo are also found. The dough is rolled very thinly, and fillings add flavors of garlic, ginger, onions, and Nepali spices.

Types of Momo
There are different varieties of momo, like Jhol Momo in which the momo are served with spicy soup-like broth, and Kothey Momo in which the momo is half-steamed and half-fried. For those who want to be richer, they can go for deep-fried momo.
The dumpling has been associated with various toppings, like tomato and sesame seed and chili-based dipping sauce. In recent times, urban areas have made newer momo variants popular- cheese momo and chocolate momo.
